Official tuition fee receipts may be downloaded and printed at home via QCARD.
Candidates who are currently enroled in an AQ course should login via the My Queen's Portal link at the bottom of the page. Candidates whose AQ course has finished should login via "Classic QCARD Login".

Canada Revenue Agency T2202A tax forms are available beginning in February for tuition fees paid in the previous calendar year. Forms may be downloaded and printed directly through QCARD. Access QCARD by logging in to My Queen's Portal with your Queen's NetID and password.
